HOW TO SUBMIT YOUR PAPER AND/OR SESSION

Please read carefully the instructions below before submitting your paper. Abstract and session submissions open on 1st February 2015. Deadline is 1 June 2015.

**Please make sure to register and pay the registration fee before submitting your paper or session.
If you want to present a paper, submit information online with: authors’ names, contact information, paper title, abstract, and specify under which of the key themes you would like your paper to appear. Each delegate is allowed to present only one paper and take part in one panel discussion. There is no selection of papers, but submissions will be screened for inappropriate content.

If you want to submit a session proposal, please fill out this form and email it to gceg2015@ouce.ox.ac.uk. Please, note, that all participants in a session need to register and pay the registration fee before a session proposal is submitted. Sessions will be 1.5-hour long and consist of 4 papers maximum each (plus optional discussion). The conference organisers will consider your proposal.

If you want to post your own call for papers on the conference website, independent from the calls already announced on http://www.gceg2015.org/papers–sessions.html please email it to gceg2015@ouce.ox.ac.uk. Follow the format of existing calls to write yours. Conference organisers will consider your proposal.

If you want to submit a proposal for a session in the form of a panel discussion, author meets the critics or any other non-paper session, please email your proposal to gceg2015@ouce.ox.ac.uk. Conference organisers will consider your proposal.
